Amenity Vending CLT is responsible for all restocking, maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of the vending equipment. The client is responsible for ensuring the machine has access to standard electrical power and a reasonable, accessible location.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the signed service contract. Upon termination, Amenity Vending CLT will arrange removal of all equipment at no cost to the client.
Amenity Vending CLT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability to any client for claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total value of services provided in the 30 days preceding the claim.
