Service Agreement Terms

Equipment Ownership

All vending machines, equipment, and accessories provided by Amenity Vending CLT remain the sole property of Amenity Vending CLT at all times. The client agrees not to move, modify, tamper with, or attempt to repair the equipment.

Service Responsibility

Amenity Vending CLT is responsible for all restocking, maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of the vending equipment. The client is responsible for ensuring the machine has access to standard electrical power and a reasonable, accessible location.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the signed service contract. Upon termination, Amenity Vending CLT will arrange removal of all equipment at no cost to the client.

Limitation of Liability

Amenity Vending CLT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability to any client for claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total value of services provided in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for any product-related injuries or allergic reactions. All product ingredients are listed on the packaging, and clients are responsible for informing their team members of any dietary restrictions.
